    Need help for making an Indian diet plan

    Hi
    I'm from south india , can someone help me to create an Indian Diet plan to lose weight ? I've got a fatbelly and moobs . want to lose it so bad.
    I'm 178 cms tall and weigh 81.5 kgs. with 21.5 Body fat % . I've a uric acid problem

    Curry Chicken & Rice & Veggies
    I could eat this everyday.
    Bench: 345 for 5 sets of 3 reps
    Squat: 405 for 5 sets of 3 reps
    Dead-lift: 455 for 5 sets of 3 reps
