Jesus Christ, where do I begin. I've been in the supplement game for almost 12 years now and have used almost every major pre-workout supplement, including the original Jack3d. I took my first scoop of Mesomorph last night and I literally have never felt anything like this before in my life. I am not sure if its the higher DMAA dosage, or the way all the ingredients react together with my body but I literally could not leave the gym. I had 25 minutes of LISS cardio planned after weights, I did 75 minutes. During weights, I finished my normal back routine and then just started doing random extra back exercises because I could not calm down. I felt like I was high most of the workout and then even an hour after I got home I could still feel it and wanted to do more physical activity, everything was elevated, my energy and my mood. I don't think I will ever go back to a standard caffeine-based stimulant pre-workout ever again, they are literally a waste of money compared to this.
A few questions for those who have dabbled in Mesomorph or other DMAA products:
1. When to take it? I took it about 30 minutes before my workout but the peak of the effect did not hit until the end of my weight session and into my cardio.
2. Are there any true, fact-based, studies that show negative side effects of the use of DMAA in this fashion?
3. Will I continue to feel it as much as I did on Day 1 as I work my way through the rest of the tub?
4. Should I avoid caffeine throughout the day (coffee at work) if I am taking Meso in the evening?

I've gone through 2 tubs so far. Thank you Danielmoo for getting me hooked on Mesomorph
Experiment with different times of taking it. I can take 30mins before my workout and the extreme focus has kicked in by the time I start my workout. I lift for roughly 2 hours, but I notice the peak 45-60mins after taking. You won't feel that extreme focus and energy the more you use it. My first 2-3 workouts I had tunnel vision. That effect went down with continued use. Still great focus, but not the same tunnel vision and feeling like I can lift the world.
Up to you if you want to avoid other stims throughout the day. The longer your stim tolerance is lower, the longer preworkouts will feel effective before you need a stim break.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

If I take it twice a week (Monday and Thursday) then it works great. Otherwise I just crash from it in like 30 mins. Sucks cuz I could take Og jack3d everyday and never have a bad workout. Only use it on deadlift and squat days now and use neurocore maxout vortex or razor8 on other days

I have been saying this for a few weeks now (since I first tried it), that it hits like a freakin' freight train. I mean I'm a pretty big guy (or like to think I am ) at 235+ lbs. right now and one scoop is all I need. I take it on my leg days (or days where I'm really dragging ...) and this stuff works like no other.
If your into stims, and your into energy, this is for you. It's great to have on hand even if you just switch back and forth from your normal pre just to give yourself a change. It truly WORKS, one of the few products on the market that can honestly say that.

I've been using Mesomorph for months now. Ive tried all the flavors I believe. It still hits me hard every time. Usually I take it 30-40 min before the gym. 4 times a week. My opinions on the flavors are as follows.

I said it in several other threads about the product and will say again. Amazing pre. The first few workouts you get an insane tunnel vision feel. I had no crash from it myself and just amazing workouts. The next few workouts had less tunnel vision but still the same level of energy and drive during my workouts with no crash.

Ok, for guys who went back to other pres after this one, did it suck? Is this like, once you use it, you can't go back to other stimmed pres without a hefty stim break? Seems like going back to a more moderate PWO wouldn't be enjoyable after this stuff, if it's as crazy as people say...

No, but what I normally do is:
pre-workout that is caffeine focused, then when that loses its magic I switch to pre-workout with DMAA (I use mesomorph personally). Then I alternate that with a pre-workout with DMBA (AMP Citrate)... then when that stops I talk a stim break and repeat.545/385/625 @ 188

No. My past several weeks since starting mesomorph has been:
1st week - Monday - mesomorph, Wednesday - neurosurge, Friday - mesomorph
2nd week - same...I think
this week: Monday - mesomorph, today new Muscletech neurocore at 2 scoops, Friday will be mesomorph.
I have found every workout still great on days not using mesomorph but with less focus. A lot of it comes down to improving my diet and my desire to crush weights is high right now so without that a pre won't do much except have me stimmed out and hating being in the gym.
