arya scene doesn't make sense, she knows the faceless men are after her and yet she's walking around without needle and in completely open areas. Add the fact that last episode ended in a dark room with the waif waiting outside and I think something is up, dream sequence or something. Next episode preview shows her jumping off rooftops and chit, that's not something you do with multiple stab wounds to the gut

Arya has to kill that part of herself to get back Westoros. She's wasn't really stabbed, it's all in her head. That's how she was looks fine in the next episode.

Stannis has been confirmed as dead by like 3 characters so far...one of them being the person who did the killing.

Nobody said they saw the Hound die. Only person who was there actually said she left him to die...big difference.

Though to this day I don't understand why they didn't show the kill shot on Stannis.

Bump for those that can't see the obvious. I can't believe people want Arya dead. Not only would it be one less interesting character on a show that's running low, her entire storyline would officially be pointless. She hasn't done anything significant in this series but train and survive. Every other main character in the series managed to do something significant to continue the plot before they got offed.

True but then again, would Brienne really have let Stannis live? She fukn hated him. Unless he revealed some next level chit right as she was about to rek him but doubtful. Also, if he was beheaded, it's not like the fire priests could bring him back (when Arya asked them about Ned) .

I don't think Stannis will return. I think his death was off screen so they could keep viewers guessing like they did with the hound. If they brought back EVERYONE they didn't show dying, then it'd be too predictable.

EDIT: also, if Stannis returned, what would he contribute to the storyline? He has no army, no allegiances, no possible links to the current events. Also, if the rumours are true, there's a limited amount of episodes left. I dunno how they'd fit Stannis back in with all the chit they need to cover. It doesn't even look like they're gonna be able to fit in Dorne, let alone reintroduce a character who is after the iron throne.

Stannis is dead. Brienne said she killed him and watched him die. They are not about to bring him back after having her say that.

Or that she lied for some reason? Violent deaths are part of the show and they didnt show stannis dieing. I actually want to see him killed for what he did to his daughter.

Great to see Jaime and the Blackfish, the Hound and Olenna telling Cersei off lol. Also little Walter getting bitch slapped was awesome. These Northern houses been loyal to the Starks for thousands of years and Robb fuked it all up. SMH

Why would she lie about that? Brienne was probably the #1 person who wanted to see Stannis dead. We saw her standing over him about to kill him at the end of last season. He told her to "do your duty". Why would she let him live after that then come back and lie about killing him?

Very good episode. Arya is definitely alive as we saw her jumping off a building like superhero. So glad to see The Hound and Bronn back. Next episode looks amazing.

No. Perhaps a large portion of them are beyond the wall still, but I have a hard time believing 98k of them died from the events you mention.

It was more like a horde of 100K wildlings with most being women and children. Most of the fighting men died at Hardhome and the battle at the wall.

Arya dream sequence was pretty good, if not a dream she didn't learn **** at assassin academy...shouldn't of let that creepy ass old lady within 5 feet.

They did tho, a few seasons ago when jon was with the free folk army he made a statement that the 100k army was more then half women and children.

you realize the only people who got out of hardhome alive are the people who made it on the ships during the approximately 15 minutes they had before the WW attack? Everybody else got wrecked

There is no Hound, he is dead, you miscers need to let go.

No suggestion yet about the hound being alive, the Arya saying that **** about the hound wasn't a hint at him being alive, it was a hint at her compassion and ability to forgive, basically maturing some.

The hound DIED on the other end of westros, good luck with some faith militant pleb finding him, healing him and him turning to god rather than revenge, you really think the hound's foundation would change because he almost died?

Must be some book spoiler I'm not aware of.


Lets say the hound does come back, he will either die from the mountain, letting Cersei live.

Or

The hound get revenge on his brother (GRR Martin wont let us have nice things) and Cersei is sentenced to death.

But Cersei can't die until after her son dies, which is the prophecy.

So everyone pushing for the hound to come back, you're telling me Tommen will die this season, the mountain will die this season and Cersei will either die this season or the season will end with her facing death.

Seems like a stretch to me boyos.

Good point but then you tell me why a show that has so much violence did not show him dieing. Hound should have died too.

Why do I feel like this season is just going to end on major cliffhangers. More and more buildup and not enough episodes remaining for anything good to happen. Buildup, buildup, buildup, then next season is nuts. Final season will be nuts/resolution
