Rule 1 Proteins is by far the best brand I have used yet. Their products yield some great results if used regularly, and they are some of the best-tasting supplements I have used. I love the pre-train, train (intra-workout), and ultra whey protein. Their customer service is great and everyone involved in the company is very friendly and personable. I would recommend these supplements to anyone!

Never heard of them before. I Googled them and after reading only a couple of reviews, I've already gained 1lb of lean body mass.

I picked up a few samples while I was at Olympia this year. They do have great tasting product and Pre train was a pretty good Pre Workout.
