    What to eat

Hi, I am 15 and I am 120 pounds. I have been lifting for some time now while also wrestling and I am looking for a good amount of protein, carbs, fat and all the other important stuff that I should eat daily in grams. Right now I am eating 100 g of protein, i have heard many people say that is not safe while many say it is. Please help

15 and 118 pounds, sounds like you need to eat plenty of what your parents are serving and then some.

No need to focus so much on getting x grams of protein/carbs/fats. As long as you're getting sufficient energy to grow and gain weight/strength at a reasonable pace, I'd say that's all you need to look for. Eat a variety of foods you enjoy (and of course whatever your family cooks).
    It's about progress, not perfection.

I'm not an expert when it comes to most aspects of life; sometimes, I have no idea what I'm doing. The more I learn, the more I can do, and the more I can pay it forward and help others.

Or how about food that is good like burgers, pizza, wings? Why would he eat low calorie/high volume foods when he is trying to gain weight...
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

At your age just eat what you want. Since you seem fairly active. Don't want to waste your childhood memories in the future away man
