    GDA products help

    Hello - looked on some GDA products like Burn24, glycodrive etc etc, are these helpfull when bulking? or is it worthless like testbooster for instance;P?

    Useful for bulking far more than when cutting IMHO. Reason being, you want some help with partitioning glucose to muscle tissue as well as more importantly, helping to keep insulin sensitivity in check.

    Some people bloat easily on carbs. I happen to be one of those people and I take a GDA on and off year round with my high carb meals. The 4 GDA's I've tried all help with the bloating and some of them offer some pretty awesome pumps.

    They help noticeably when bulking or even maintaining/recomping and your intake of carbs are pretty high. The ones you've mentioned are pretty good. You can also take a look at Partition-MD which John Meadows gives you a breakdown of in the video I posted above

    Burn24 is the only one I've used, and that's pretty solid. Partition-MD, Blue Star Glycodrive, and the new Myokem Transport all look pretty solid. Alternately, you can go bulk Na-R-ALA + agmatine, which worth considering if 1) you're on a budget, or 2) you're also using forskolin (forskolin and berberine compete as far as their effects on cAMP).

    I have used and love both Glycodrive and Partition MD. OP you can't go wrong with either one IMO. I used them both (not at the same time) with any carb meal I had. No bloat, used when cutting or bulking.

    Remember, most of these GDA's contain different ingredients which all have different MOA's. So be sure you're getting what you want -- increase insulin sensitivity, reduction in blood glucose, or nutrient partitioning, etc.

    Certain GDA aren't going to benefit for refers as some contain ingredients that block carbohydrate absorption.

    I can personally vouch for the Agmatine + ALCAR + na r ala combo... so good. I've used Glycophase a lot which i like, as well as the old SlinSane.

    There is some debate as to whether ALA will actually force glucose into muscle tissue as opposed to fat since all the studies in ALA were done in diabetic or pre-diabetic people.

    Yeah, I agree. Been doing more research on the topic of Agmatine and muscle tissue. Seems it does shuttle to muscle but according to a few articles and studies, still sensitive to adipose as well.

    Insulin mimetics are best taking with big carbohydrate meals. aka postworkout. I've been taking regular alpha lipoic acid with breakfast, and 500 mgs na-rala (glycobol post workout)

    NA-R-Ala is some potent stuff and the best and most potent out of all the lipioc acids

    Glycobol contains 250 mgs per capsule of Na-r-ala which is a high amount, along with some other insulin mimetic ingredients
