You're not eating enough. Plain and simple and it's only been 5 months. Think marathon not a 100 yard dash. Add in some higher calorie foods in your day. Stay on track kid, you'll grow. At 15, you don't need any supplements either way, just a good amount of food and program consistency.
Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

Just by reading the title, get a solid program and diet in order.
Make sure you're eating quality nutritious meals with protein.
Others will make their way in with links to calculate your daily calories/macros & probably post links to routines.

You need to consistently eat in a surplus it might be easier to find out what exactly your eating now by roughly tracking it using a free app like myfitnesspal and start to consistently add more calories in weekly till you are gaining.
Eat denser foods like nut butters and ice cream add in finishing oils to your meals and more pasta & grains to each meal. More eggs & whole milk is also a good option pretty inexpensive.
If your not gaining your not eating enough and you need to eat more consistently-- Microwaves everyday crew --
