565lbs Squat, 20lbs PR. Grindy as **** and definitely would have gotten red lit at a meet for the way my feet shift (and the swearing), but #****it. My sticking point hit me like a brick wall lol
Have put 140lbs on my Squat since the beginning of 2015 (100lbs of those pounds within the past 8 weeks on a conjugate system). Have the tentative goal of 585-600lbs by the end of 2015.
Form's pretty shoddy on my 565 attempt. Unstable coming out of the hole, poor ankle mobility is making me come up on my toes at the deepest position, and I generally need to work more on hip abduction. Form critiques are welcome.

Max effort lift is gonna be at least slightly bad form, that's just how it goes. In your post you mention about everything I could see that was "wrong".
The only thing that I see that you didn't mention is the bar is tilted downward to the left. You said your feet shifted, that's because you side stepped left to correct your balance.
