Hello there. I am officially in a caloric surplus. I am going to be bulking for the next 6 months. Right now I am 163 pounds. My goal is to get in the 175-180lb range by the end of the bulk, while maintaining a somewhat lean physique. I am currently doing a Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull/Legs/Rest routine.
In this thread I will include the macros I hit daily, physique progress, changes in body weight, strength progress, changes in my lifting routine, food pics, ect. The number one priority in the next 6 months will be to put on as much muscle and as little fat as possible. I also have some strength goals. My squatting strength is no where near where I want it to be. I will keep this thread updated daily.

Macros as of 9/3/15 -
3,000 kcals
150+ protein
70+ fat
I work with minimums. So I make sure my protein and fat minimums are met daily and the rest I fill in with carbs or additional fat / protein. It depends on how I feel / what I have in the fridge. The calories I take in daily stay consistent.
Lifts as of 9/3/15 -
Bench press - 205 x 5
Incline Bench press - 155 x 5
Back Squat - 205 x 5 (This needs work. I will be doing this twice a week)
Deadlift - 275 x 5
Other 5 rep maxs will be recorded as time goes on. I haven't really tested any other lifts. I just recently got back into lifting heavier weight now that my calories are back up again.

Week 1 - 163 lbs - 3,000 calories
Week 2 - 164 lbs - 3,000 calories
I am going to continue taking in 3,000 calories / day.
