I ate a huge surplus on Sunday and Tuesday, probably around 12k calories on the Sunday and 7k on the Tuesday give or take. The day inbetween I had 1k. This doesn't happen to me regularly, I normally don't have the appetite or lack of self control but lets just say I wasn't sober lol.
How much damage could I have possibly done? I'm up by 12lbs, think I can get back in to my groove in 1-2 weeks or will it take longer?

Prob not as much as you think, maybe 1 or 2lbs.
I done the same 3 weeka ago, was at a work thing and there was SO much free food. Every hour about 30 cakes got brought out, free rolls/sandwich, free lunch etc and there was only 5 of us ha. Prob at a 12k surplus for the week.
Itnwas over 4 days and in the end i put on 18lbs, but after the first week back on track i droped 10lbs and then 10lbs the following week. I was aiming for 1lb loss a week and i lost 2lb in those 2 weeks on top of what i gained so it was all water.... It actually helped me because i had been dieting for a while and was lacking energy,
Get back on track for 2 weeks and the water should clear, you prob done 1 or 2 weeks damage at most.

I ate 10k on last Thursday and 10k on Friday (a gallon of assorted icecreams each day, cookies, donuts, chocolate bars, cake, etc). Went from 180 to 194 over the two days and now I'm 178, its only been 5 days, I just dropped my calories to 1500 a day until today, and now I'm going back to 2500. Doesn't take to long to fix

unless you are prepping for a contest, you shouldnt care, did you enjoy yourself...yes, then just move on get back in the game, at this point you cant change anything that happened all you can do is move forward. and that extra weight is most likely water weight...

Not exactly the same, but this past weekend a buddy I haven't seen since my days in the military visited from out of town, so I had some intense cardio saturday morning then after that a good breakfast, then started the "cheating". Went to a brewery here in my city, had plenty of beer, went on a pub crawl after that, had at least one tall beer at each stop (5 stops), had some chicken tenders and fries, went home crashed got woken up by my girl and her friends then out we went to bar hop some more... had some shots there probably about 3-5, then went to grab a late night whataburger meal next day woke up had two beers, got chicken and waffles, came back and had about a 3 beers an hour for like 3 hours, went and got a two meat plate from a BBQ joint with mac and cheese and "heart attack potatoes", and had a small ice cream after that. Went from 169 saturday morning to 181 monday morning, todays wednesday and I was at 173 this morning. Usually for me when I've had cheats like this, from that monday following the cheat to that same friday, I'm back at my weight before the cheat, or even less. But no more of that for me for at least two weeks haha.

I forgot to mention to you guys that I was reverse dieting and maintaining when this happened, not cutting, I thought I was done cutting but this past day I've looked puffy and actually feel like I've gained fat.
Would it be fine to go on a deficit for at least 2 weeks to correct the binging incident? I just don't want to start off my bulk wrong by being up 2+lbs of fat already, I want to stay lean!
I know the binging wont happen again because there were other factors in play these past few days that I cannot talk about on this forum (just a one off thing), but I'm sure you can guess what I was taking that made me lose all sense of control and overwhelming hunger lol
