    Question Am I Improving? [PICS]

    Hi guys! Check out my pics below and tell me what you think! Am I improving or progressing?

    The 1st pic was taken on June 2013, the 2nd pic was taken on June 2014, and the 3rd one was taken on June 2015. From 2013 to 2014, I didn't really know take my diet and training seriously. From 2014 to 2015. I started eating better and training better although I'm still not as good on the training part.

    Hard to hear for OP, but this is true.

    I can see some visual progress, but after 2 years you should have made a lot more progress. What's your diet and routine?
