I generally only have 1-2 days a week where I don't touch a weight (workout). It's usually Sunday. I'll do an Ergonine or body forge shake in the a.m for my daily supps, norcodrene and then more Ergonine/BF later. I also do half scoop neurosurge or WRapids and 1 cap norcodrene pre run. As an avid runner and outdoors guy, I like to get out and go trail run somewhere new. Today was a 7.5 mile run with a pack. Last week was 8 no pack. What about you guys? Fwiw, my routine is this. I do 4 miles, 5 days a week before I work out (in the morning before work) 3 of those 5 days I'll do a full body workout after (chest back, chest back shoulders etc). The other 2 days a week I do accessory exercises after my run since I don't have time to do them after primary lifts on the main 3 full body days. Usually Saturday is a workout only day, with a total full body workout, and Sunday is a run/activity only day.
And yea I posted a similar topic in exercise but figured it would get more discussion here.
Also, 2 days in on Ergonine and love it. I get more of a pump from the glycerol than I did with BF. Hurts the calves a little pre run but I like the fullness after a workout.

I find it very unlikely anyone but you took my post as such, given how many people post recipes -directly to me- or and recipe ideas to me through the forum or directly through pm, I don't imagine this to be at all true in how anything I have posted as such is perceived by anyone else.
