bone behind neck sticking out after doing upright rows
So i got back into working out after a year long lay off. Everything was going fine until i did upright rows and now i noticed the bone on my upper back behind my neck sticking out. Have this happened to any of you guys?

I would say C6 but i have never noticed that before. Don't bother me but don't like the look of it.
