As discussed earlier in the tread, bodyfat tests are largely unreliable. They would only serve to see the differences from test to test. Even comparisons between methods is useless.
Even with skinfolds the operator could be slightly different that the last person.
What the fuk, I don't know why you expect us to tolerate such angles in this thread, I don't want a bloody crook neck just checking someones progress. Take proper pics, use a timer lol

So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.

Trip got off to a great start - I was boarding my flight and realized I forgot to pack all the money that I withdrew to gamble and derp with. Fortunately, they have plenty of Wells Fargo ATMs around, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Weather was hot, food was plentiful, drinks were abundant. Music was delightful, drugs were effective, sleep was minimal. It was great to take a few days off from work, and even better that I was rarely reached for by email. Plenty of laughs shared and memories made with friends that I don't get to see but once (or twice) per year.
Weighed 219 postwo yesterday which is the same weight I left at the previous Wednesday. In4 217 tomorrow? HeheheLizard.jpg - I've got about 4 weeks before I leave for Tomorrowland, which should prove to be just as fun as this past week Totally different environment, but every bit as fun.

Glad to see I'm not the only kent that makes them combine salsas though. People I go with are always mindblown when I order it that way, but it's GOAT.

My problem isn't eating calories, it's eating the right calories.
I gain 20-25 lbs every bulk season and always end up looking the same when I cut back down. This year I went even slower and just went 199 to 218 over 10 months. Looks like all fat again just like last year lol. Maybe some quad gains since I got my front squat from 185 to 275, but def no upper body gains.

Yes, but not enough to gain size I don't think. My incline went from 215 x 5 to 235 x 5. CGBP from 205 x 5 to 225 x 5. Honestly, just being full with carbs consistently could cause a small strength gain like that. I doubt I gained any muscle.
That's why I'm switching to more volume approach this year. Just can't add only weight anymore. I'm tinkering with higher reps and lower rest and progressing in reps/sets before I add any weight to the bar.
I've always done high intensity, low vol routines. I drank that koolaid hard. I think that's why I've had **** gains. Every article I read that is backed up by research claims volume is king.
