Spot reduction is a term used to describe using exercise to target a specific area of the body. For example, doing a certain leg exercise in an effort to slim your thighs. Another classic example of spot reduction is doing sit-ups to reduce belly fat. Exercising a specific muscle does not get rid of more fat over that muscle in comparison to the rest of your body.

This must be used in conjunction with a good nutrition plan and exercise regime. This is part of my "cutting stack" that I use for competitions or leaning out for summer.
