I am a high anxiety individual so stress can really take its toll on me. This past March I turned 40 years old. Over the last year I have been doing high volume training to reduce stress but it has taken a toll on my libido. My wife is a VERY selfish person which can lead to less desire. Evening workout: 10 minutes of DDP Yoga Wake Up and 24 minutes of DDP Yoga Fat Burner

I opened up the sample pack of Perform that I was given by AI Sports Nutrition and took all four capsules with supper. The package was at my door after I came home from work so there was no way to have a morning dose. I really did not notice anything of note but look forward to another full dose on Friday.

I took two capsules of Perform with breakfast this morning. After lunch, I have felt a noticeable libido boost. Afte work, I am going to head home for another DDP Yoga workout and then down two more capsules with supper.

Took 2 more capsules of Perform with supper. Felt the same libido boost that I got earlier in the day. I was thinking about putting it to the test but wife's back was sore from work and I just let her get some rest. So far so good in regards to libido boost. This weekend I will be able to give Perform a true test drive. By that time, I should have at least three full days of dosing in by then.

Took another 2 capsules of Perform just before eating supper. We headed out to Best Buy since they have Moto G smartphones for only $19.99. They make a great gift to those on Verizon prepaid...or just as a wifi device. Anyway, I will see if I can get her in the mood tonight. She has been a little grumpy tonight.

Took 2 capsules of Perform with breakfast this morning. Going to hit the grocery store later today and see if I can find some beef to assist with libido boosting. Been eating turkey, chicken, whole eggs, bacon, etc. but no beef.

Picked up some beef at Sam's Club for the coming week. I took two capsules of Perform with supper yesterday. Later in the night I was finally able to talk my wife into giving Perform its first test drive. Everything went great with the increase libido but performance benefits were not a lot different than normal. I did not take four capsules before the activity though because I was unsure it was going to happen. Next time, I will set a goal of downing four capsules before the activity.

Two capsules of Perform were taken with supper. Bought a Weider adjustable bench and Weider adjustable dumbbells. Spent the evening putting together the adjustable dumbbell rack and then the adjustable bench. Finished the dumbbell rack but need a bigger socket to tighten up the adjustable bench.

Took 2 capsules of Perform with breakfast this morning. Ate some beef last night and plan on doing so later tonight. I expect my libido to pick up with the combination of the two.

I really did not notice much of a difference but it could have been I was frustrated with having a struggle during my workout and then the adjustable bench has been a bitch to adjust the back pad peg. Poor construction by Weider on that one. Hopefully his adjustable dumbbells work much better than his adjustable bench.

Even if I don't expect any activity, I think I might just use four capsules at once to see if how much of a difference it makes in libido.

Wife is in that intense part of the month with bad cramping and headaches. I will have to be patient to give Perform another test run.
