-Speeding $400
-Court "fees" $275
-20 hours community service
-2 years probation
-10 hour drinking class $175
-2 hour drinking class $75
- 3 days off of work @ about $200 a day.. (2 court dates, and next friday for "probation orientation")

I realize the MISC is full of people who have never drank and drove before..Thats awesome.. Also realized I would get some negs from the perfect MISCers....Just wanted to bring some awareness that DWI cost me 3k and I got off easy...I'm thinking about wearing a MISC shirt to Probation Orientation BTW.

Supervised/Unsupervised...Unfortunately my county only does Supervised.

Diff states diff laws.
- Missouri, first time offender of anything. They call it SIS. 2 years suspended probation. No mess ups in 2 years, and off probation. If i were to say get a dwi again in the next two years, I would be considered a 2nd time DWI offender and minimum 5 days jail.. As far as job applications, ect. You can check the box no. Also, insurance is not aware since no conviction.

Don't know what state you live in but you did get off easy. Highschool friend got one and it cost him 15k and he had to go to an insane amount of these classes

No...nor the lost face from family or loss of respect from the MISC... Somethings you just can't put a price on.

Will find out next week but from what attorney said, the "normal" for dwi probation here is, once you finish the community service, you do a "mail in check in" every three weeks..
