Been lifting for roughly two years. Didn't do anything helpful for my body until I started bodybuilding around 10-11 months ago. Don't compare it to your own numbers unless you are my age, I'm certainly not going to be as strong as a 19 or 25 year old.
Weight:174
Height: 5'10
No pictures.
Bench: 160lbs (weakest)
DL: 255lbs Straightbar. Went up easier than expected.
Squat:195lbs
__________
OHP: 115*2
Form is in check on everything but Squat I guess (I hate the movement). Used a bit of leg drive on the second OHP rep.
Finding it difficult to increase my bench, makes me feel small since I only rep an average of 130. (Rarely have a spotter, don't want to die).
Any tips on how to break a bench plateau/increase it other than bulking (already am)-? I've increased intensity as well as frequency throughout the week, I recently switched back from Dumbbells and saw an increase. My DL and Squat have gone up quite a bit but my Bench only by ten or so pounds in the past 2 months.

Honest opinion, they aren't good for your age or weight. But there's no need to compare yourself to others. Tips to break bench plateau would be to increase volume of your workout and try new exercises such as lock out bench press and start getting a feel for heavier weight or even get on a 5x5 program.
