I am looking for a gym buddy interested in joining me to the gym regularly so that we can both support and motivate each other. I am determined to improve my fitness and keep fit and healthy, but working out alone is easy to miss sessions, so my ideal gym buddy will be of the same mind-set and if we follow a schedule together we will be able to achieve these goals. Right now I have access to all the gyms under the gym group, but I prefer those in South and Central London (top choices are Vauxhall and Waterloo). My availability for training is Monday to Thursday all day and Friday to Sunday evenings only. A few things about me: I am 27 years old male and have lived in South East London for the past decade.
