The U.S. is in a huge dry spell across the nation in regards to snow on the ground.. no major winter storms yet. Don't know how this bodes for the rest of the season.. either going to be a harsh and longer layover into spring, or bland and dry.
Colorado was amazing.
Glad you're getting to ski, what do you do in regards to tendonitis in your arms and pullups? My pullup endurance and strength has greatly diminished due to it.Fitness Journal:

I've been using these cold wraps for my knees after training sessions. Kind of like arctic ease wraps, but a cheaper generic brand.
It's not as cold as an ice pack after a few times you use it, but it still feels great. If you use it in conjunction with an icepack it's like a whole new level of cold.
Also nice session. Good stuff with the RDLS, and your average bench session is better than my best session haha.MISC STRENGTH CREW

shrugs still easy but happy with volume...
debate is to go to 4 sessions for a weeks next week... will see how this week goes...
