    My 5 day split?

hey just wanted to get my 5 day split critiqued. Currently lifting just to get in better shape and stay strong. No crazy goals.

    Day 1: Chest & Triceps
    Day 2: Legs
    Day 3: Back and Biceps
    Day 4: Shoulders and Traps
Day 5: Mile run, explosive lifts (cleans, snatches, deadlifts, box jumps), then some abs.

What do Yall think of that? I'm open to any suggestions if I'm lacking anything . Thanks !

It looks like it could work. What are your sets, reps, and exercises? And are you resting the other two days or just repeating the 5 days over?

I am of the opinion that split routines are over-used because of their popularity. I think you would be better served by doing 3 full body workouts per week, or if you prefer lifting more, you can do a full body workout every other day.

5 days of lifting and 2 days of rest usually. Reps and sets include

I generally try to do 4 sets of everything with 6-8 reps. I like lifting every single day during the week. I have most standard lifts, front and back squats, standard and incline bench, deadlifts etc.
