One of my resolutions was to get more **** done in 2015, and since Im always browsing the misc I figured Id make a thread where I could post some of my training videos and write out my diet/workouts and just keep track of what I manage to get done over the new year.
Havent been training my deadlift due to a injury a few months back, but Im feeling like I can pull about 850 and with some work get back to where I was (was shooting for 815x10 touch and go with straps and 945lbs like 6 months ago)
Really trying to focus on bodybuilding and getting healthier this year, gotta improve mobility, cardio, losing weight etc.

You should just cut and stay lean like before man. You looked insane, and it's better for your internal health considering the years of obesity and whatnot.
But I mean I'm just one of those people who never understood the appeal of power lifting so ignore me.*Nigerian Crew*

Nice work on the hook grip dude. Pretty insane to be able to pull that much with no straps, and not just no straps but with hook grip.
You're a beast bro and I've been following you for years, but I wanna speak my mind on this:
You really need to pick a goal
and stick with it. Seems like you're always bouncing back and forth between BBing and PLing training and as such you're not mastering either.
Yes you're one of the strongest DLers on the planet and yes you you have an insane amount of muscle mass.
But how many PLing records do you have? How many BBIng shows have you won?
I'm not trying to be disrespectful but I just think you have so much potential to go down as one of the GOATs if you actually got your chit together and stuck with a long-term training plan (speaking mainly in regard to PLing because that's what I know more about).
Why not pick one, dominate it completely, the move onto the next one? As they say, jack of all trades, master of none.
Either way, lookin forward to what you'll be achieving this year.
Inb4 I'm just a hater... I'd just like to see you achieve what I think your capable of.Last edited by adamsz; 01-03-2015 at 08:16 PM.

Thanks everyone!!
I was just too small back then even tho i looked good in pictures, Im meant to be heavy just to fill out my frame. but I intend to lean down a lot this year and get a lot healthier, want to give my self some cardio goals as well (I cant run for ****)
its hard to stay injury free when you get your deadlift over 900lbs, I see a lot of (well the people who can do it) people who have the same problem. I mostly just like to improve, in what ever way I can. Ive always been a huge fan of both size and strength so its not like I really switch off between goals so much as put more focus towards one aspect of my goals.
thanks man! and no problem
Im just a normal guy man, I know how to get big and strong and I do that, I dont claim to be the best at anything. Ive just done so well at working out that people expect me to become a pro bodybuilder or the strongest person in the world.
for a fat failure as a kid Im honestly pretty content with my progress overall in life, but I obviously want more and thats what I intend to go after. Ive never been about competing to compete, Ive just wanted records, just never been able to lift those records yet.
Im not so much a jack of all trades as the guy who took working out way too far, I like being big/strong and I want to be lean and be bigger and stronger, not particularly a powerlifter or a bodybuilder or a strongman or anything like that.

Update! Ive dropped a **** load of weight just recently, was 329 in the gym today when I was lifting so Im thinking I need to get down to about 300lbs to leave me room to bloat up a bit into the 308 weight class if I compete this year. 300lbs should have me looking pretty good assuming I gain size while dieting (I intend too)
girlfriend just squated 275x10 in a belt, trying to get her a 1000lb raw total in a few months in competition (405/180/415) so il be posting her progress too.
