Who wants some Supertein?

Never tried supertein
My dreams wake me up everyday. It sounds so corny but my dreams are what keeps me up at night and wake me up in the morning. My biggest fear is knowing someone somewhere out there is trying to out work me. I have ate myself into obesity and I'm on my way to a better life. 70lbs down so far. I'm terrible at cooking but my fiance makes protein dessert balls and pancakes and of course I'm willing to leave a store review! Just reviewed MuscleTech's whey about a month ago! If that disqualifies me I understand. Good luck fellas!
Thanks!
Edit. The protein balls are like little dessert balls that taste like they would be horrible for you but actually very low in carbs and fat. I'll figure up macros from recipe sheet and post them. Would love p.b. supertein.Last edited by Motiviert; 12-22-2014 at 05:45 PM. Reason: Peggy from married with children is goat

Take a couple cubes of ice, pour about 8 ounces of sugar free vanilla almond milk in a blender with a scoop of chocolate Supertein. Add a banana and a spoon of peanut butter and Puh-POW!!!! Awesome

In for some Supertein Protein!
Definitely would make some Supertein Pancakes and waffles for that morning time protein intake.
What motivates me is just trying to live a healthier life style. I was eating nothing but junk food and only weighed 120 pounds at 19.. That had to change. I started eating more healthier and progressing in the gym.. Getting my nutrition and lifts better an better every day. I feel so much better now than before without lifting and eating like chit!
This would be awesome to review/log . Just finished up a log of a stack for anther company.
Good luck everyone and have a safe ChristmasLast edited by Gmp1228; 12-23-2014 at 07:58 AM.

WOW-Peanut Butter Supertein, This will motivate me to get my diet back on track and start training for a bodybuilding competition. I plan on mixing this with water and using as a healthy breakfast mixed with oats and even a cheat meal at night mixed with some fat free/sugar free chocolate jello.
I am happy to review, log, whatever to get the word out.

Oh my gosh, I have stumbled upon Supertein a few times before and have always really wanted to try it!
Have heard great things, and you guys have some tantalizing flavors!
I would love to log, review, and let everyone know about my experience with the product!
I can't guarantee very dynamic recipes because I am in college and make most of my food out of my dorm room. However, that's why I need this promo so bad, it's difficult to live a busy healthy lifestyle in college! Having a good protein powder helps me to hit my macro's in a convenient way, and recover from my workouts! If it's a great tasting high quality protein like Supertein that is just a bonus!
My current training routine looks as follows:
Monday: Squat/Bench focus, Clean&Jerk, Chin-ups, Face Pulls - Followed by HIIT and 1 mile run for time
Tuesday: Accessory lifts (i.e. ABS, arms, lateral head/rear delt, calves, bi's... just a quick hour pump sesh)
Wednesday: Deadlifts/Incline Barbell, DB Shoulder Press/Barbell Lunges, Row for upper back, Face Pulls - Followed by HIIT and 1 mile run for time
Thursday: Accessory lifts (i.e. ABS, arms, lateral head/rear delt, calves, bi's... just a quick hour pump sesh)
Friday: Front Squats/OHP, SLDL's/Close Grip Bench, Face Pulls - Followed by HIIT and 1 mile run for time
Saturday: 10*10 day - Squat/DB Incline Bench, Seated Bicep Curl/Tricep Rope extension, Lateral Raises/Sit-ups
Sunday: A much deserved off day!
My progression scheme for my Monday, Wednesday, Friday workouts is week 1: 5*7, week 2: 7*5, and week 3: 10*3 - then add 5-10 pounds and work through 3 weeks again.
Deloading & then Testing maxes in a mock meet after 3 cycles.
I am currently doing about 6 weeks in a deficit to trim up the bodyfat a bit, and then plan to continue making GAINZ!
I also have a small YouTube channel where I have recipe and review videos in the past!
I most often have my protein powder blended up with milk & ice, mixed in to proats, or as a sludge, but I am willing to get creative for the logs sake!
Would really love the opportunity to be a logger in this promo!Hyper-Gro Log Thread - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166103841

TeamGAT greeeeens to you dude ! ! !
You just got some sweet TeamGAT reps ! ! ! !
I use a Magic Bullet blender...it demolishes the ice in no time.... for me...it's 3 cubes of ice. I love it thick like a shake! Except for my post workout... I recommend to all my clients to mix their post workout shake with water only. And you just got some greeeeeens !Member of the Global Bodybuilding Organization

Who could deny free food from GAT, in exchange for some thoughts and recipes?
I mostly mix stuff in - rarely cook with protein because I'd just burn it or somethin'

I Would LOVE to try out the peanut butter supertein!
I can provide recipes of smoothies and foods I make from protein pancakes, high volume oats, to even possible protein baked goods (will definitely try creating some recipes ) photos are also no problem.
I am about to finish my cut and have gotten great results from JetFuel and what better way than to start my bulk than using another GAT product to help out with my protein recommendations during this life long transformation!
I have more than motivation, I have determination. I am inspired by lifting as it makes me feel better about myself and keeps me on my feet. The way I feel by transforming my body with lifting and eating is undescribable And I don't know what I'd do without the gym at this point.Positive brah is positive sometimes
