    Things that might help.start decreasing your food intake gradually,start IF or aka 2 big meals a day.Eat 1g protein per lb and 0.7 fat plus 30g of fiber daily,eat fullfilling foods and some fruits/salads if possible.
    Sleep very well,drink 3-4lt water,stimulants can help but in moderation like 400mg caffeine max daily.You could also use some chromium.

    If you're bulking just decrease your food intake a bit.
