1. Look for free/paid internships.
2. Go back to school and get teaching credentials. I think in Texas, as long as you have a bachelors degree you can teach after getting certified. The tests are pretty easy.
3. Shoot for a higher salary/better job. You'd be surprised a lot of companies may think you're overqualified and won't hire you. They think you'll leave them the moment you find something better.
I'd suggest going to job fairs in person. Going on Indeed/job boards gets you almost no where. When I was on my job search, almost none of them called back until I already had a job.
Edit:
The government has plenty of jobs and internships. Check the USAJobs. An example of something you can do with pretty much any bachelors degree, "Food Inspector."

You have a degree and you want a 25-30k job? Where is your drive bro? When I was fresh out of college I took a job as a claims adjuster for an auto insurance company.. they started me at 45k, not in my field at all, I quit a year later. Do you live in Montana or something on a frozen mountain top?

I'm going to explain why I majored in Anthropology. I have and had 0 interest in doing it.
I entered university with 0 idea of what I wanted to do. So the first two years I took the standard route. Gen eds, calc, chem, physics. At the end of the second year the advisor said, you need to pick a major before junior year. I had no interest in engineering and wasn't close to being on track, so I thought I'd try business. Met wit the business advisor. She said I'm not on track and wouldn't be on track in time so I couldn't switch. So I met with a Liberal Arts major. He said, you're only on track for Anthropology because I took some gen ed Freshman year. So I went into my junior year as an anthropology major completely uninterested. And that's how I majored in the anthropology.

Don't phucking listen to stupid reddit
Your priority now is to make money and get work experience. Don't work for free because that is some slave chit that i personally will never do
I'm sorry nobody guided you to a better major with more opportunities. Now you should just try to apply at museums or some chitLook, i know i don't really know you and all, and i know you probably hear this like everyday, but your just so perfect to me. Would you consider going overseas? I know people with liberal arts majors who go to Japan, Korea or South America to teach English. I don't know the pay, but everyone I've met had a blast and it's great for life experience and getting into grad school down the road, when you figure out what you really want to do.

This is really easy?
Anthro major? Just make it seem like you understand humans, their interactions and how they developed/are developing.
Leverage that into a job either in HR or in sales.
If you want to go a step further get into some basic job which is a lot of legal review/document review and data entry.
These jobs make roughly 25-30k. Then offer free-internships part time with other companies to build skills.
You could also work one of the aforementioned jobs and learn some programming on the side.
If you know a language in depth it won't matter if you have a degree or not you can land a 40k a year job pretty easy."The Spartans do not ask how many are the enemy, but where are they."

Yeah, I stand at a desk all night making sure everyone stays at their desk, fill in a few reports, tell people which work to do, deal with any abnormalities, maybe do some process improvement if i feel like it, moan to my manager whenever other departments are being ****. Get £11.55 an hour, lots of overtime (of which i get to do the easy jobs) at time and half/double time after 50 hours, as well as discounts at my work aswell as loads of others in my area, and shares each year. Loads of training and promotion opportunities as well if you look like you care (which i dont).
Pretty sure the "workers" get 23k themselves. Crazy money for what we actually do. Everyone my level and below hates it there but its far better then anywhere else. Plan on going back to uni next year and doing comp sci/ai and will create the robot systems that will do all our jobs for far cheaper while going CEO 10k/day.

dont know its even mentioned but you can try applyign to banks as a teller. you don't have to have too much of a degree, it is a learnable job. and there is chance you can improve to a account manager if u do okay. then ur looking at 35-45 range
235pounds to 168 in 4 months. 35% BF to 19% and counting lower every day. it is doable as long as you put your mind and soul into it and discipline. We all are going to make it.
