Do not listen to those saying its too much bro. Its okay with if you get enough food/rest for recovery. Mine most of the time is:
3 x 8-12 flat BB
3 x 8-12 incline BB
3 x 10-15 decline
3 x 10-12 incline DB at 45 degree bench
3 x 10-15 incline flyes
3 x 10-15 flyes/cable cross
3 x failure pushups
I add dips 3 x failure sometimes.

barbell/dumbbell benchpress 1x20-30 4x8-12 ( going as heavy as i can while maintaing perfect form )
barbell/dumbbell incline benchpress 4x8-12 ( going as heavy as i can while maintaing perfect form )
some sitting machine where you push weight at a slight angle downwards from your nipple level 4x8-12 ( slow reps as heavy as i can )
cable flys 4x8-12( always keep tension slow reps and dropset each set)
leverage incline chest press 8x12 to as many as i can ( by this point my chest is dead as **** so i do medium weight as many reps as i can just to kill it off more )Bench = 120kg/264lbs
Deadlift = 180kg/418lbs
Squat = 150kg/330lbs
>1kg chicken breast a day crew
>back from snap city
