I went in the morning so expected a good workout, was a good workout
foam rolled my hip flexors because they are very tight stupid exams

41.25 x 5 when i began this set i was like the **** it feels heavier on the right side. Instead of looking i continued, which was stupid

Forgot to put my do wins in my bag so had to train with my regular shoes.
Still my workout was very good, expected problems with squatting bc of the shoes turned better out then expected.

I had problems with my gf and a bad grade on school. Everything is solved luckily.

I am back at high bar squatting. The low bar placement feelts too painfull. Really weird because last time i tried low bar i didn't feel any pain.

I'm back excuse me for the huge delay.
The gym was closed on christmas and on the day after.
Thus,i could only train 2 times this week.
I trained with a friend we tested my maxes Tuesday.
My maxes are: 170/85/165 (Sq/Bp/Dl).
I can easily do more on the deadlift but i forgot my lifting straps. I could not go higher because of my grip.
Next week i will start madcow's again.
Bodyweight is around 73 KG which i did not expect i ate like pig the past days.
