20 sessions a week but plateud

I teach 20-22 classes a week as a group exercise instructor. I fully participate and also fit in 2 runs a week. My body has got used to everything. Endurance and interval, heavy and light weight. I eat clean (normal but clean) and don't know how to lose body fat as I can't train any harder and don't want to restrict food as I teach 4-5 classes a day!

    HELP!

You don't say how tall you are but you have on your profile that you're 13% body fat..... how low are intending to go???? You also haven't said what your daily calorie intake is or what your macro breakdown is.

If I were to take a wild guess chances are you may not be eating enough to support that much activity and have managed to stall out your metabolism however without a lot more detailed info it's impossible to tell.

114 lbs? How low do you expect to go? And do you do any weight lifting?
You can only drop so much weight. If you don't look the way you want to at 114 lbs, you probably do not have any muscle underneath. If your classes are all cardio, you've done nothing for muscle mass. With that amount of cardio, inadequate nutrition and lack of weight training, you've whittled yourself down to a very scrawny, non-muscled self.
