I'm currently taking 1-a-day for men but is the quality good enough? I've heard that it doesn't matter but then I've heard it does. Are there other brands that the body digests easier? Or that are just stronger? any advice will be appreciated

There is dissolution testing done on OT, you'll be fine.

I cycle between both of these multi's. The additional complexes/amounts available in both products make them an insanely good deal.

My biggest thing with a multi-vitamin is that I make sure that it is a 3 dose then Ill take them through the day

One of the things we do is is a digestion time study. I ran the OT and was surprised at its nearly immediate solvency and ability to go into solution. After that I am not so apprehensive to take pressed pills.

Yea, there are certain people on here that seem to not understand that not all tabs have issues dissolving. The studies usually use poor quality tab multis to test against capsules.

Can you make the results of the dissolution tests available? That is a big deal IMO.

The One-A-Day and Centrum exhibited nearly identical results, being 6-8 hour period of solvency. The Orange Triad went into solution in minutes, test chambers are checked every 10 minuted for the first 8 hours and they were in solution by the first check. The prenatal vitamin was still one solid piece after 24 hours.

Testing is conducted in a vessel to replicate the stomach and small intestine. It is a heated lightly agitated acidic environment chamber which has a viewing window and inverted microscope video camera below.
