just a few questions ive been pondering on recently..
do you include the weight of the bar in your lifting calculations or do you just use the added weight plates as your guide..?
whats better using the raw ..or the cooked weight of food for your macros..as it seems there a big difference between the two
are processed meats a fair way to add protein to your diet..?
I have now bulked up to 166lb from 145lb (avatar piccy)..lost my ab deffo but not put on any fat on my other parts biceps still 14.5 inches etc..im going to cut to 150lb ..should I see a better definition when I get there as ive been concentrating on heavy compounds during my bulk even thou il be 5lb heavier than the piccy

All food is processed. Period, regardless of what tree hugging organic nuts tell you. Unless you kill it yourself and eat it the same day...
Sht starts decomposing immediately, so how do they keep it safe, organic or not? Don't be a sheep and over pay for marketing hype, around which there are no definitive standards.B: 285
