engaging in homosexual acts is a choice.

But how is engaging in homosexual acts any worse than eating shellfish, or working on the Sabbath, or disobeying your parents?
Also, it never says that women laying with women is bad...so gay man sex is bad, but gay woman sex is ok?
Also, God makes people in His image, and people are born gay. So why would God create a gay person if it's automatically a sin? To deprive them of a lifetime of companionship and intimacy for no reason?
Also, why in the f*ck would any religious person care about what two consenting adults do privately that doesn't harm anyone else or themselves? Why are religious people so concerned with the sex lives of other adults? Don't you realize it's none of your business, and that it's extremely rude and insulting to express your hateful views?

I always found you to be a reasonable poster, Lasher...until this post.
You are are calling me a "lib"?
For the record, opinions can be hateful and rude and bigoted, and yours are.
I am pro-gun rights, pro-life, fiscally conservative, and I hunt and fish my heart out whenever I can. I even wear Camo and shoot bows and shotguns and kill pheasants and turkeys and deer. I live near farms, I worked on a dairy farm, and I have hunted most of my life on a farm in Bradford County, PA. I'm an Eagle Scout and I love the outdoors and camping and hiking. I love riding horses, FFS. I volunteered for a PA German folk festival for a decade, and I'm still involved.
And you call me a "lib". I don't really give a sh*t if you call me a "lib". But you're using it as an insult and you're sorely mistaken.
I'm disappointed in you. You let your emotions get the better of yourself and you made a really stupid post.

I was trying to convey that your characterizing me as a "lib" was actually false, because based on your Ad Hominem argument, if I am indeed a "Lib", then my argument is thereby inept. I provided information proving that I am not in fact a "Lib" as you call it, which dismantled your argument, to which you retreated and didn't actually address any of my arguments or advance the discussion in any manner, instead making a glib statement to excuse yourself from making the mental effort to address what I posted.

You're a lib in the sense that you react with hyperemotionality to things.
I said "Homosexual acts are a choice"
And then you went full rabid spittle mode.
Regardless of your political beliefs, that's lib emotionalism. You deserve the title.
No, on a scale of 1 to stalin, rate me.'On many levels, mathematics itself operates as Whiteness. Former Christian but I'll answer this anyway.
If you think it's a choice, answer this question. Why on earth would anyone choose to be something that's hated by the majority, alienates them from their family/peers, scorned by almost all religions, goes against the grain of society, and leads to harder life with less rights and higher risk of suicide?
Even the religious extremists who accept that it isn't a choice still denounce it and state homosexuals need to be celibate or they will go to hell.
