sigh i felt i had to do this maybe for a little support what foods do you guys miss the most for me its french fries and pizza bastard roomates eat that stuff everyday and here i am with my little salad and can of tuna!

I just like meat. So dieting isn't actually hard for me. since I was a little kid I've just liked meat more than anything. gimme a pound of chicken over chocolate anyday. Some people go buy candybars, i out of choice prefer thin slivers of meat (of course with a sauce )

What I miss specifically:
Thin and crispy crust double sausage pizza from Pizza Hut
Arby's: Chicken Cordon Bleu with chicken tenders
Burger King: Double Whopper with cheese + 10 pc chicken tenders.
McDonald's: Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese with Super Size Fries and an Orange Soda
Del Taco: Double Cheeseburger w/order of Chili Cheese Fries...MmmmMmmm
Taco Bell: Nachos Bell Grande
Jack In The Box: Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger w/large Seasoned Curly Fries. I'll wait until I get down to my goal weight before having one of those things. Used to have those three times a week.
Wendy's: Triple Classic Cheeseburger w/large fries and a large rootbeer.
Of course, all chips, ice cream, popcorn, hot dogs, pork rinds, and all the unhealthy snacks you can think of. You name it, I used to eat it.
However, I now prefer my new, good looking body to junk food any day of the week.

Hey Manna,
Your not alone....
Me and my little bro share a house.
I workout 5-6 times a week and maintain a strict diet.
My bro plays on a computer all day and eats junk food.
My parents always bring over food I normally wouldn't eat and leave it in my facr.
Its almost like a form of torture.
The way I see it is, 1 bite/slice/serving isnt gonna satisfy my needs so why even start.
I also thing how Im gonna feel AFTER I eat the junk food.
Last - I try to imagine myself somewhere (beach, etc) where I run into an EX
Call it stupid, but it keeps me on track and motivated!
