    what you miss the most

    sigh i felt i had to do this maybe for a little support what foods do you guys miss the most for me its french fries and pizza bastard roomates eat that stuff everyday and here i am with my little salad and can of tuna!

    Hehe, did i forget to mention I eat the chicken with brown bread? Problem is it's too damn fatty - although grilled, the skin has a load of fat :O(

    Other than that i just miss pizza - but to be honest i have thatlike whenever i want (which is usually once a month)

    The forum is called 'losing fat' and I don't see any reference to a diet anywhere in this thread.

    PS: Dieting is not the only (or best for that matter) way to losing fat.

    I just like meat. So dieting isn't actually hard for me. since I was a little kid I've just liked meat more than anything. gimme a pound of chicken over chocolate anyday. Some people go buy candybars, i out of choice prefer thin slivers of meat (of course with a sauce )

    the diet i was reffering to was any diet supported by this site which is basically low or no carb diet so yeah..
    and no sugars. I just miss the damn carbs they were so filling pasti bread pizza FREENCHFRIES boy do i miss those wiht a passion.

    Yeah, I don't know what dieting has to do with low carb...but I miss pizza and buffalo wings and double cheeseburgers. ]
    Dieting for me is just taking in fewer calories. It doesn't matter if those calories are from fat or carbs or protein.

    Of course, all chips, ice cream, popcorn, hot dogs, pork rinds, and all the unhealthy snacks you can think of. You name it, I used to eat it.

    Hey Manna,

    Your not alone....

    Me and my little bro share a house.

    I workout 5-6 times a week and maintain a strict diet.
    My bro plays on a computer all day and eats junk food.
    My parents always bring over food I normally wouldn't eat and leave it in my facr.

    Its almost like a form of torture.

    The way I see it is, 1 bite/slice/serving isnt gonna satisfy my needs so why even start.

    I also thing how Im gonna feel AFTER I eat the junk food.

    Last - I try to imagine myself somewhere (beach, etc) where I run into an EX

    Call it stupid, but it keeps me on track and motivated!
