powerlifters dont train at planet fitness. middle aged women go to planet fitness and id rather them be there than at a gym. i also dont go to a gym.Originally Posted by CJ93UK

Comparing CF and PF to the KKK...
...really hope no-one here actually cares for either of them. I don't give a ****, don't even know what CF is, and I lift at home, just typing out my ass at the moment.
The 1 bad thing about PF though is that it sends so many people this way asking for lift subs and what to do when their "gym" won't allow you to do **** all in the way of weightlifting.
