Help to find the best Nootripic Stack

Hi all,
Since quite some time I am researching about nootropics and also used some of them.
After experimenting a lot in an unstructured way I thought to get some help from the community to find a perfect stack.
Let me start with the requirements for the stack (rated from 1 to 10, 10 is the most important requirement, effect)
So I am looking for a stack that fulfills the following

- Phenylpiracetam (100mg Tabs)
- Phenibut (500mg Tabs)
- Modalert / Modafinil (200mg Tabs)
- Nootropil / Piracetam (800mg Tabs)
- Addrena (1260mg Tabs)
- Alphabrain (? Tabs)
- Gelatamid (Contains: Pantothenic acid, Choline, Gelatamine hydrobromide)
- Cognizin (250mg Tabs)
- Picamilon (150mg Tabs)
- Neuropotimizer (contains: Acetyl L-Carnitine HCI, L-Glutamine, Taurine, Cytidine 5 diphosphochiline (Cognizin), Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylserine (PS), Alpha Lipoic Acid)

What is your suggestion of the perfect combination to achieve the mentioned targets.
Here one of my suggestions. What do you think?

If you haven't taken any of them yet it would be a good idea to test each one to see how you react and if it benefits you instead of just taking everything at once.

in my experience modafinil is the best working one in all the listed nootropics. It really keeps me awake for long time. However there I have realized that a small qty is not working for me. I have to take at least 200mg and this will work for me for 4 hours max.

@eatyourspinach, Thanks for your tip. Most of them i have tried individually with no real noticeable effect. Phenylpiracetam seems to have good reviews on the net. I will give this a try. However my experience till now is that individually the nootropics are useless. In combination I could feel some effects but not the expected ones. Important is the Euphoria experience. I was not able really able to achieve this and therefore hope to get some help from the community on how to stack the nootropics best.

A good number of nootropics tend to take some time before they really start to have a noticeable effect with the exceptions being phenylpiracetam, adrenna (assuming you mean 1,3) and moda which can be more immediate.

what do you think about the modafinil? i have some but havent tried it yet..

I picked up a prescription for this a while back after hearing all the hype, and it's fantastic. I felt sharp, was extremely productive and had a generally felt good. The down side is I take frequent breaks from it as i start to feel mentally worn down after a few weeks of everyday use.

Nootropics are not amphetamine. You're expectations are both unrealistic and ridiculous.

Nice list of nootropics bro, how often do you take the Piracetam? I've been working with Adrafinil and Sunifiram for now but hopefully will be getting some more Phenylpiracetam back in soon.

With what you have I'd give the Piracetam, Phenylpiracetam along side the NeuroOptimizer and see how that works out for you after a few weeks. Also for anxiety you should look into Tianeptine, it's pretty useful for that and is fairly easy to find a reputable vendor that stocks it.
