how has it been going with the creatine? what kind/how much do you take?
i was taking creatine mono 5gr a day and i had bad tummy issues with that lol
so i switched to kre alkalyn. it doesnt bother my tummy so much but i can tell its not as effective as the mono
i also tried lowering my dose with the CM taking 3gr but still had tummy issues. perhaps i have a poor quality one? its the cheapest one i could get MRM creatine
so what have been your experiences? what are you guys taking?

I prefer creatine HCl over mono. I found I had less side effects.

I use MyProtein Creapure (mono), didn't load it, 5g a day throughout my whole bulk (6 months) took it in post-workout shake for ease. Super results, no issues for me, but I think any side-effects you experience are individual. If you keep getting them I would consider stopping, you don't HAVE to use it for results.

When I started using creatine, I used 5g Con-crete everyday and I blew up like a balloon. I've never been so bloated in my life, it was horrible.
I switched to another brand, just a straight creatine monohydrate and dropped the dose to 2.5g per day. This is working much better for me. I'm still retaining water, but nowhere near as badly. I'm just accepting it right now, as I am bulking anyway. I will probably drop it part of the way into my next cut though. My body is really sensitive to bloating and water retention.
I do find I'm getting a great pump and good strength increases now that I'm taking it though!Instagram: @JillBFit

I've taken creatine HCl and creatine Mg-chelate. Love both, never noticed any bloat with either. Like EPolis said, 3-5g/day for about 2 months, then EOD.
