    My current plan?

    Okay this is my current plan for my weight as things go...

    I am not planning on tracking macros/calories until I reach a certain weight (119lbs), then I will slow bulk till around 140?

    I am currently 5ft8, 112lbs and 14years old.

    Do you suggest I bulk upto a more higher weight and when do you suggest I start tracking calories etc again?

    I would say figure out where you want to go, and figure out what it takes to get there. Optimally, I would say count...but if you won't stick with it, then there's no point.

    I'd say don't bother tracking at your age at all, just keep adding food until you are gaining weight at a rate you are comfortable with. You would be amazed how much food you will likely need at your age to start moving the scale, growing and being active and young burn calories like nothing else.

    Bulk until your goal, then re-evaluate, but I would suggest bulking until 18; take full advantage of your natural hormones and let your body make the most of it.

    You're still growing, if you don't give your body what it needs, you could have issues.

    I would say research nutrition and figure out what your body needs.
