Anyone used this?
Have some tendinitis and need something for relief. I have been using Joint Force spray but was,looking for something to punt on before workout for relief.

Tiger Balm is legit. Smells not the most pleasant but it works.

Would this be good to use before (for relief while training) I train or would the roll on Capsaisin be better?

Tiger balm is the closest thing to magic ive ever used, saved my life when i played football and rugby! Id recommend it to everyone. Also if your sick you can put it on ur chest like vicks vapo rub if you get the mint kind!

I use the extra strength one. I'll warn you it's strong!!!!! Burn like hell for a min then cools down. The smell is strong to but it's worth it helps me a lot

I spent the last couple of years covered in celedrin spray, joint force, and tiger balm (yea, I've smelled great...). I think all had a place in my long drawn out recovery from an L4-L5-S1 catastrophe, but have used TB enough on its own to say its pretty good for reducing pain / getting the spot warm.
I almost miss its smell. Almost.The Dark Knight...Rises.

Years back Attempted to put tiger balm on my inner quad..... It rubbed onto my manhood and my balls were frozen for hours.. Terrible experience.
I stick with the roll on bio-freeze just as efficient but a little lighter on the smell size

Tiger balm is one of the best topical heat lotions made. The only issue is it stinks to high heaven and can stain clothes
