Low carb is miserable but it works, it takes a lot of self dicipline so props to Giovanni.
I went on a carb cycle that was 5 no carb days and 1 carb up day, lost 7 pounds first cycle but then I realized how much my fatass missed carbs and had a blowout and gained it all back lol. I'm supposed to go back to it tomorrow.Supreme Genes
