    Are my macros right? OPINIONS AND ADVICE please

    I've counted my macros (per day) and the end results:

    BMR: 1509.64cals/day
    Exercise 4 days per week: 2339.94cals/day

    Training Days: 2807.92cals/day (+20%) Rest Days: 1871.95 (-20%)
    Macros: Training Days - P-155.76g / F-81.525g / C-362.78g
    Rest Days - P-155.76 / F-85g+ / C-120.97

    i think there's something wrong w my carbs on training days... HELP PLS

    They look fine to me, carbs are optional, once you have ate your protein and fat minimums, eat as much carbs as you want, or, more fats and protein.

    Also, do not eat less on days off, eat the same as you do on training days, every day. Dont eat less on the days your body is recovering.

    Edit: Are you really 14? If so just concentrate on eating and gaining some weight, you are going to be going through a big developing stage right now and dont want your body lacking vital nutrients.

    thanks for the reply bro, so that means if i've ate all the pro&fat minimums then the carbs are all optional? Because i've been forcing myself to eat a lil bit more bc of that massive amount of carbs counted and usually fail to meet the carb requirements everytime.

    & yeah i'm 14 (turning 15 on march)
