Recently I get these major headaches during my workouts. It's only happened the past 3 workouts. I took redbull for a few workouts a week ago. Could caffeine defficiency be the cause? Also I'm taking creatine, idk if that has any effect on it.

Never drink caffeine before a workout. Hell, never drink any type of soft or energy drink before a workout, preferably ever. Caffeine isn't good for working out especially when you hit the crash. If you want energy, take creatine and eat a bunch of carbs beforehand. The caffeine just gives you an artificial energy boost that doesn't help very much in the way of muscle growth.
With that aside, headaches usually come from not drinking enough water. Drink water like a mad man and you might notice the headaches going away. If they aren't, that must mean your brain isn't getting enough oxygen which means you need to work on your cardiovascular system a tad bit. That's how it was for me.

OP - Don't listen to him. Completely wrong information as far as caffeine goes. You very well could have a caffeine sensitivity, or it could be pretty much anything else listed in this thread. Caffeine by no means is harmful, and it actually makes a great prework out if you're somebody who likes to take one. If you're taking creatine you should definitely be drinking a lot of water. Any sort of caffeine is also going to be a diuretic which means you're going to need more water to combat that. You can either try drinking more water, focus on breathing properly, and continue to take the creatine + caffeine or just stop using the caffeine.
