    Jefferson's squats

Have you heard about these? Effective exercise? What do you think?

I started doing these because my back is all f*c*ed up and i can't do actual squats. I'm also not risking doing deadlifts(i think i may break my spine). But jefferson's is like a hybrid exercise of deadlift and squats (doesn't hurt my back), so it's like two exercises is one. Tell me what you think. Should i try doing squats again?

    Happy lifting!

Jefferson's are good for the hamstrings and glutes.

They aren't really a substitute for regular squats.
    50% fact.
    50% magic.
    100% results.

Know who invented deload week? Haters. People who want to slow you down, so they can catch up.

Kai Greene swears by them but I don't really like them. They always seem awkward to me.

What do you mean by you "back is all f*cked up"?

no, just a bit, i think it may be a pinched nerve, no sure, but it slowly starts to fade away. I carefully tried to do deadlifts today with low weight, 70kg 20 reps/set and it didn't hurt, it felt good i slowly start to lower the reprange and same time add weight on bar as long as my back is okay with it.
