    this summer i hit that 5 times... i just pulled 405 for 7 about 3 weeks ago... keep freaking doing them and the weight will keep sky rocketing up!!

    I would be much higher but I had to take 3 weeks off due to a strained spine during a 295x5 squat set.

    earlier today I built up the strength to complete that squat set without any problems besides a little leaning forward then pulled that 365x5. my last pr was 355 for dl and that was with straps so I'm pretty happy. kroc rows are sick for grip strength

    work on dorsoflex (not sure if spelt right) flexibility in your ankle it will help with the back during squats.... and yea kroc rows with super high reps definitely helped my grip strength...

    Nice job man! Good form; I see a lot of people begin the lift by jerking upwards with their arms but your form was slow and controlled. Also looked like you could've kept going. You made those 5 reps look really easy

    I actually only planned on going for 4 reps but after that 4th i was feeling nice and the reps were coming up pretty easy so I went for another haha

    Well I injured my back pretty badly a few weeks ago and now anyday I squat+DL my back has an annoying pain but if I wear the belt it doesn't happen.

    I also hit core on its own with weighted sit ups bicycle crunches and other exercises.
