Hard work for so many years. Started training quite seriously at 13 under the guidance of my father who is into lifting as well. Trained all these years religiously.

I stopped growing taller at about 22.5 I think. You have still a long road to go bro! All in your hands. Got the base, now build up and never give up. Hell, I was 5 ft 10 at 15 and approx 155 lbs

Not aware of clen tbh. The other thing you have mention I know. But, why say that? Of course, if someone has results, it has to be THE JUICE I GUESS. My advice to everyone is to start understanding that underestimating your abilities to get results without thinking of all that **** will lead you to nowhere. The weak use parrot phrases like that as excuses.
