Question How many shakes in a day?

I know many of us try and get most of our protein from whole foods.

    However shakes are still taken.

How many shakes do you take a day?

1 (if necessary), found myself much more enjoying my diet with as little supplementation as possible.
Always enjoy a scoop or two of good ole Phase8 thrown in my end of the night shake though if I'm short on macros for the day.

50-100g of protein worth, depending on what my wife is making for dinner or what I brought for lunch.

1 or 2. I try my best to not rely on shakes, but sometimes just don't have time to make food, so I have to make a shake. Typically shake alone doesn't fill me up on it's own, so I add some oatmeal to it. Otherwise I always have a shake after workout.

any of these Costco proteins profiles worth while?

Protein can get expensive in Canada. So tempted to stock up on this till some good sale comes up.

I know the serving size in comparison to others is 84% vs 90+

I use the Kaizen Protein powder. It's great cause it has 5gs of BCAAs as well. great for during/post workout supplement. I take 1 scoop per day, and I get my other proteins from breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Those proteins look decent. I don't see any fillers. I would opt for a separate bcaa but that's just me.

The Costco protein is cheap per servings but man I couldn't justify drinking/eating something I do not enjoy(especially when using 2-4servings/day), everyone has different taste buds tho so give it a shot.
