Sup bros, been on a cut for around 5-6 weeks while at university at around 500cal deficit, probs reduced bf alot in the meantime(I'd say a good 4-5%). Anywho, I think around a couple weeks ago I got my test levels checked because I'd been having some ED probs in the bedroom after drinking alcohol (even though most of the time I was basically sober while having sex because the alcohol effect had worn off), can confirm pure sober sex isn't as bad but it's still not perfect. Can't bust many nuts either, but not sure if that's just because I'm inexperienced at sex (lost my V in the last 6 weeks). Results were done at 10AM in the morning after I'd had sex the previous day (surely that's ideal circumstances? And, I'd had decent sleep...8 hours). Ended up with 15nmo/L, i.e. 420-430ng/dl. I'd always figured my test levels were low because I have a hard time storing any decent muscle mass/making strength gains often but I suppose that could be genetics. I also tend to get tired pretty often and usually after workouts I'm exhausted. Can't give further details on the test because that's all my GP gave me, but perhaps there's more. They said it was fine because it's in the ok range ofcourse but It's hardly ideal. My diet is ok fat wise, it's around 65-80g of fat/daily but at my weight I thought that was correct. Any ideas?

Could be anything really. I'd consult with your GP further, and set you up with an appointment with an endocrinologist.
You mentioned being on a cut, this is the likely cause for your issues. Deprivation of dietary fat, and overall caloric needs can drop testosterone if you restrict calories for an extended period of time.

What was your diet like on your cut?
Dont read books, IMO, do what comes naturally, if you want to try something with your partner run it by them, chics dig that stuff.
Reading books means trying to remember things, like reading instruction manuals for DIY jobs, men dont need them, it all comes together in the end.Eat the damn yolk.

True true, that's what I figured, my fwb has said she likes being dominated, that's gonna be interesting lol. Diet was basically what I thought was a 500cal deficit but I remember losing a chit ton of weight during freshers week, something like 4lbs. I think my protein was way too low during my cut and that's what messed up retaining my muscle mass, it was like .8lb/lbm. Fat's were somewhere around the mid 60's with carbs taking up the rest.

Did have major stress at the time tbf, well I say major stress, was falling behind with work, spending a bit too much money, had to readjust my life since I'm now independant/no longer living with family and did develop feelings for a oneitis at one point but I'm pretty sure I was relaxed by the time the test came around.
