No problem doing heavy deadlifts twice a week, it should be recommended! Unless you've been training for along time, then there is not much point to do so many rowing exercises. Personally I would go with something like a good mornings or a semi-deadlift.

If you want to improve your deadlift, it is more about programming and complementing that lift with assistance work. Try looking into 5/3/1 or similar and incorporate the programming. If you just started out it's easier, just add weight each workout.

    Best of Luck

No and especially not with the additional back exercises you do.
The heavier the weight gets, the more recovery you need.
Deadlifting once per week and increasing the weight every session is better than deadlifting multiple times per week and stalling, because you don't get enough recovery.

While all that is good for upperbody, the deadlift is a full body lift, therefore I think you should include Glute ham raises as well. They are second to none for deadlift assistance exercises.
    I must break you.
