Probably by losing weight growing a bear and having a haircut that suits your face also it depends on how much acne you have i its light it won't really matter if its severe then it will make a difference

Grow a beard.
Here are a few reason why you should.Current Lifts:
Bench - 275lbs
Squat - 325lbs
Deadlift - 395lbs
