Hey guys this is my first time cutting been lifting for around 13-14 months now first time actually clean eating to lose fat been on it for three weeks diets written off my own experience and advice from friends ask me questions talk to me im new to the website but im here now
(Pictures are in order from starting date first two then third is a week later then fourth/fifth is 2 weeks and the last picture is 2 weeks 4 days)

You look good man. A cut is definitely needed. But welldone.
As a tip, when you next take progression photos, dont stand relaxed in the first ones and tensed in the last ones. Gives an inaccurate visual guidance aid, not just for everyone trying to help but for you personally. And when you're tensing your abs, do not pull the skin down to reveal them more. Again, an inaccurate interpretation. I have no doubt that some weight has been lost but you wont see much in two weeks.

u havelike no chest andshoulders at all ,itslike no proportion at all and u didnt really make biggains forthat amount of time you'vebeenworking
im 17 too and i train for like 13-14 months too , and imdouble ur size without even using supplements and i actually do dirty bulk cuz idk but i dontget fat becuz i know when to eat and i train hard as fk , i do like 10 exercises with 5 sets 12 reps each

i really cant tell if you are serious or not my chest may lack size but i make up for it in my legs and my delts well, they are better than yours kind of weird judging my delts considering you cant see them? also interesting seeing you say no sups cause how do you know i use sups? haha but thanks for the feedback non the less ill work on it
