    Thumbs down Creatine

    How to take creatine? Take it straight up with water? Or is it better to mix it with protein shake?
    One more question (stupid question please keep your **** to your self)
    I'm drinking a lot of water with it(gallon and a half a day or more) just took my 5g I fill almost like I'm pissing it it out? I'm pissing every 20-40 min just feel like I'm pissing it out also since I just started can I take it about an hour before and after my workout?

    You can take it whenever, with whatever. I think I've been seeing around lately that post workout dosing will have you reach saturation faster, but I don't know how significant that would be. And I could be totally wrong about that. And if you're pissing too much, maybe just do 1 gallon.

    What the post above stated, take it whenever you want. If you're urinating too frequently try lowering the water consumption a bit.

    Cool

    Forget the mixing or dumping in your mouth and chugging it down. Look into Kre-Alkalyn capsules. Makes taking creatine even less of a chore!

    You aren't "pissing it out" at very little. Your body doesn't absorb everything you put in it that's just how it works. 3-5g a day 365/7 is the most effective way to take it. The average person needs about 88oz of
    water/day depending on your diet maybe more.
