yes it goes without saying....we all know why a girl would post half naked pics on the misc (99% male population) of all places, the amount of people fliping their **** over it is amazing.

Keep up the good work OP. If your measurements are accurate than you've def made progress. Its all about the genetics... Everybody has lagging bodyparts.
The first places I make gains are my glutes and chest. I have a HUGE ass for a guy. Every time I'm out at bars women grab and talk about my glutes (srs).
But I have the calves of a 10 year old girl despite working them out every day. Keep at it fem-brah... we're all gonna make it!

yea i go twice as heavy as you 3x a week and have been doing it longer yet your ass looks 10x better/bigger cause you just got the genetics....
i lift much heavier than you and bulk hard but ass is still much flatter; its the genetics. you simply had better "Glute potential" once you activated them. Trust me I can feel my glutes "pumping" full of blood after i do hip thrusts but my genes are inferior. I plan to hit 225 lbs and not stopping there... but only going heavier
i do 200 for reps right now so im sure my max is higher than 200 lbs. 200 lbs btw is twice my body weight btw; right now i am at 98 lbs in the mid of a bulk. will be lighter when i cut
